For the new positions primarily our current employees are evaluated, if it is decided to fill the position from other resources, the vacancies will be announced both in career portals and on our web page as well.
The applications are evaluated by our human resources department and the appropriate candidates will be invited for an interview. After these competency based evaluations the candidates that fills the position requirements will get an job offer.
Performance Management
In order to achieve the best performance, our employees are always evaluated by different techniques. In the beginning of the year according to that year expectations each of our employee will have a goal. This goal evaluated two times in a year. The outcomes of the evaluations are used in career planning, training and salary management.
Career Planning and Talent Management
For all our employees it is possible to assigned different career opportunities in our company. According to their career objectives each employee that meet with the goals that are set in the beginning of the year will be able to take new responsibilities.
Training
The training that starts with the orientation program will always continue in our company. By using different techniques we also evaluate the efficieny of our training programmes.
